This fabulously fancy dress is crafted with multiple layers of tutu and dreamy soft tulle, complete with a delicate tulle flower on the shoulder. Plus, you can even opt to add some extra ruffle flair to the sleeveless design!

Closed in the front, like a shirt, and you would put it on through the dog’s head. Beautiful tutu at the end of the shirt.

It is soft, lightweight, cozy and perfect for special occasions!
