Return Policy & Refunds
We want you to love our Furr-bulous products and to be 100% satisfied. However, we know that finding the perfect fit for your pup online can be challenging sometimes. We do our best to provide our Furr-bulous customers with detailed measurements, videos and sizing charts under the description of our dog gear. If you followed these and still are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Please note: given the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items.
Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery date for store credit or exchanges. However, because our products are uniquely handmade and usually produced in limited quantities, in some occasions you will have to exchange it for a different product if the product you return is out of stock. We do not offer refunds at this time.
Items should be returned clean and completely hair-free and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item. If you used PayPal to complete your purchase, you are eligible for free return shipping through PayPal's Return Shipping On Us program (https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/what-is-return-shipping-on-us-and-how-do-i-activate-it-faq3544)
Please note that any items returned to us due to delivery problems including incorrect delivery address or failure to collect from a delivery/post depot are too non-refundable.
TO COMPLETE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
1. Fill out and submit this return form.
2. Send your return back using USPS to:

3. Once we receive your return(s), please allow 7 to 10 business days for the item to be verified and processed by our returns department (Cielo & Dyno). We will issue you a store credit. We do not refund or credit your original shipping charges, only the cost of the item itself. Once we reimburse you, we will email you a confirmation of your store credit. Store credit has no expiration date and can be used as long as you have an account on our website.
Once the returned item is received, we will process a new order for your exchange and ship it at no cost to you. If the new item is a higher price, we will contact you for additional payment; if the new item is a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment. If you request an exchange for an out of stock item, we will issue a store credit.
